Ammu Warrier

Ammu Warrier | President and Founder

Ammu Warrier is the founder and President of DCR Workforce. She is a results-driven visionary and “technopreneur” who is passionate about leveraging technology for devising innovative human capital management solutions. Ammu started her entrepreneurial journey in 1995, founding DCR as a technology consulting firm, and has gradually transformed the company into one of the world’s top providers of vendor management systems. Ammu is highly involved in the development of products and is the leader of the company’s technological innovations. While continually leading the company to stretch, create and build ever-evolving systems, Ammu is also a driving force of inclusion, support and diversity in the industry.

She began her career as a software engineer and consultant to leading engineering firms and high tech companies including UCS Inc., Daleen Technologies, Racal Datacom, Siemens Telecom and EDS, prior to founding DCR. In recognition of her efforts as the leader of a woman-owned, minority-owned business that actively assists and supports other diverse companies, Ammu is a multi-year recipient of the Diversity Business Award. Additionally, she has been listed in the Global Power 100 Women in Staffing by Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), and been awarded as a medalist for “Female Executive of the Year” in the Stevie Awards.

Ammu has a BA in Electrical Engineering from the University of Delhi, India, and a MS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Miami.

Naveen Dua | VP of Solutions and Founder

Naveen is DCR's VP of Solutions and as such is responsible for the growth and development of the company. He also serves as the company’s global and U.S. transformation and practice leader, working with strategy, operations, suppliers and clients. He aligns leaders to ensure that DCR is at the leading edge of developments that continue to enhance value for clients by delivering fast, quality service across all areas of business and geographies.

He started his entrepreneurial journey in 1995, co-founding DCR Workforce as a human capital solutions and workforce management technology provider. He has more than 25 years of experience in supply chain solutions and procurement at leading tech companies such as Motorola.

Naveen holds a Bachelors in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering, India, and a MS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Miami. He is also involved as a board member at Genesys, a medical information technology company, and with several entrepreneurial projects as an expert on angel and venture fund-raising.

Ozzie Myers

Ozzie Myers | Executive Vice President of Global Solutions

Ozzie Myers, as DCR’s Executive Vice President of Global Solutions, is a key member of the leadership team with responsibilities including strategic growth planning domestically and internationally as DCR continues its explosive growth as a groundbreaker in Vendor Management System technology. He’s known for a tireless work ethic, working toward developing, managing and expanding programs in the aerospace, financial, utilities, pharma, insurance and technology sectors.

He has more than 30 years of experience in human capital management, specializing in managed service programs and vendor management systems for the non-employee workforce. Prior to joining DCR in 2012, he worked for companies such as Superior Technical Resources, ZeroChaos and Johnson Service Group, Inc. With a focus on strategic solutions by analyzing client pain points and issues, he has achieved results-oriented, first-in-class programs.

Ozzie holds a BS from Clarkson University. He has been happily married for more than 30 years and has two adult children.

Dave Putt | Executive Vice President of Business Development

Dave Putt, as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at DCR Workforce, oversees and manages all aspects of business development and channel partnership for DCR’s next generation Vendor Management System. He is a key member of DCR’s leadership team, focusing on supporting the company’s growth across multiple industry verticals and internationally.

He has more than 25 years of diverse experience in strategic business management, business development, operations and software, including SaaS. Before joining DCR in 2016, he served in executive and managerial positions with MBO Partners, HCL James Martin, Butler Technology Solutions and Solutions Technologies, Inc.

Dave holds a BA in Computer Science and Philosophy from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Rich Piva

Rich Piva | Vice President of Implementation

Rich joined DCR in 2002, and has served in many different areas in DCR including playing a key role in driving the company’s growth. He has more than 20 years of experience in the Vendor Management System/Managed Service Provider/Staffing Industry, starting his career in the recruiting space and moving quickly to managed services.

He has successfully implemented numerous VMS/MSP solutions across a wide array of industries, including defense, utilities, oil and gas, financial and banking, manufacturing, retail and advertising.

He manages DCR’s TLS (Training & Learning Solutions), in addition to the Implementation Team as well as supporting our Sales Team on Business Development.

Rich has a BS in Business Management from Canisius College, and a MBA focusing in Operations Management from Florida Atlantic University.

Neha Goel | Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Solutions

Neha Goel, as the Vice President of Marketing and Strategic Solutions, is responsible for directing and overseeing the company’s global marketing strategy and brand identity and driving sales excellence and go-to-market effectiveness. She is known for her ability to lead cross-functional teams, enhance business models and operational processes as well as develop consistent and powerful brand messaging across distribution channels, regional and global markets and customer segments.

She joined DCR in 2012 as Director of Strategic Solutions where she was responsible for the development and execution of the company’s long-term vision, business transformation and organizational change. She has more than a decade of experience in technology-driven project management, marketing strategy, management consulting and strategic delivery with a background in human resource business practices and digital marketing. Prior to joining DCR, Neha worked as a project manager and senior strategy and ERP consultant to several government organizations.

Neha has a BA in English and a MBA with a concentration in finance and marketing from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, she has an International MBA, focusing on digital marketing and corporate strategy from IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Neha also holds several professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt and Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

Supra Banerjee

Supra Banerjee | Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy

As Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy, Supra Banerjee’s core expertise lies in IT strategic planning, execution including application development and management as well as operations with a focus on service delivery and support. He is known for his passionate commitment to quality, the ability to identify core issues and leadership that drives both team and individual action and excellence.

He has more than 27 years of experience working in diverse IT environments. Prior to joining DCR in 2016, he contributed to the success of some of the world’s most respected businesses including American Express, Visa, General Electric, Rockwell International, Asea Brown Bovery and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Supra strives to be an agent for innovation and change, by successfully driving results and deriving organizational values collaboratively in rapidly changing environments. He has extensive experience working with and for industry leaders globally in the U.S., Middle East, Europe and India.

Supra holds a BS in Physics and Information Technology from Barry University, a MS in Leadership and a MBA from Nova Southeastern University. Additionally, he has a certification in Strategic Project Management from Stanford University, along with being a Certified Process Design Engineer (CPDE), Certified Agile Service Manager, Certified in Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT), Certified DevOps professional and ITIL Life Cycle Processes. Supra also has patents in System Method for an Interoperability Framework and System and Method for Monitoring System Performance Levels across a Network.

Mohan Gujral | Vice President of Technologies

Mohan joined DCR in 2012, and is responsible for driving business capabilities that align with the company’s IT strategy. Mohan leads a team of highly skilled engineers who develop new product features and implement Smart Track Vendor Management System for clients. He also leads and manages IT operations and infrastructure, networking, AWS cloud hosting, IT security and release management teams and is responsible for governance and delivery of a critical client, implementation of strategic capabilities, infrastructure transition management and establishment of Project Management COE. He is a driving force behind everything that DCR creates, providing thought leadership that results in focused delivery, technical innovation and change. Mohan is known for his project planning and execution skills.

Prior to joining DCR in 2012, Mohan worked for companies such as IBM and American Express, excelling at assembling and guiding world-class, cross-disciplinary teams of project managers and technical staff. Mohan managed and led teams to seamless implementations and delivery of next-generation technical solutions improving revenues, margins and workplace productivity.

Mohan holds a BA in Structural Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Jalandhar, India, and is currently pursuing a MS in Information Technology from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, he has several professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), AWS Certified Solutions Architect (CSA) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM).

Sean Trimble

Sean Trimble | Vice President of Enterprise Solutions

Sean is an accomplished workforce solutions expert with more than 23 years of experience in the staffing industry. He’s responsible for leading DCR’s Operations Department by providing leadership and expertise to the entire DCR client portfolio through established methods, procedures, communication and coordination across DCR and our clients, suppliers and SME groups.

His career began in the staffing industry with CDI Corporation, and has since held management and executive positions with companies such as Kelly Services, PDS Technical Services and Yoh Services. His experience includes managing multinational talent acquisition operations for clients in multiple industries such as transportation, financial services, aviation, defense/military, energy and pharmaceutical.

Sean oversees the DCR Portfolio for Delivery Center of Excellence and all the respective functions, groups and delivery teams. In addition, he acts as the brand custodian of DCR, and is directly responsible for accelerating the twin objectives of increasing DCR’s revenue growth by working together with existing clients and by identifying opportunities of expansion/growth in the current account base.

He holds a BS of Strategic Management from the University of North Texas. Sean has been happily married for 26 years and has three sons.

Elise Huggins | Human Resources Manager

Elise joined DCR Workforce in 2012 as Human Resources Manager, helping to establish the human resources department, now known as People Operations. Her primary focus is on people and organizational development to impact workforce productivity and innovation. As technology plays a critical role in HR, Elise uses data-driven analytics combined with her knowledge and experience to drive the strategy for a rapidly growing organization. She excels in bringing the most innovative people to the company as well as builds successful programs to help them become DCR’s future leaders.

She has more than 10 years of experience in human resources, working at companies such as T-Mobile, Wells Fargo and GL Staffing in customer service, banking and operations management roles prior to joining DCR. Elise has extensive expertise in building long-term relationships, creating a positive work environment as well as coaching and developing employees. She’s responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day aspects of HR, payroll and talent acquisition are executed well and in full compliance with all laws and business practices.

Elise holds a BA in Public Communications and a Minor in Business Administration from Florida Atlantic University. Additionally, she has obtained HR Management Certification in Human Resources Management from the University of Miami and received the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) by the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI).

Tracy Lambert

Tracy Lambert | Accounting Manager

Tracy is DCR’s Accounting Manager, responsible for leading the accounting team and streamlining tasks throughout the financial department. She’s constantly unearthing ways to improve the systems and processes overall as well as make DCR more compliant and the data integrity more consistent and accessible for clients and suppliers.

She has more than 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, specializing in financial statements and analytical reporting, budgeting, forecasting, auditing and system conversions. Prior to joining DCR in 2015, Tracy worked for companies such as Energizer/Saft America, Allchem, Ford Motor Company, Ceridian, Aquatron/Solaxx and Office Depot/Office Max.

Tracy has an AA in Computer Programming from Niagara College.
